It’s crystal clear that the Maple Ridge Lapidary club’s annual show is popular.

Rock and gem lovers, young and old, came in out in droves to support the rock and gem show on the first of a two-day event Saturday.

By 3 p.m. about 450 people had passed through the doors at the Alliance Church at 20399 Dewdney Trunk Rd.

There’s an auction, raffle tickets, door prizes, and kids craft corner. The event is on again tomorrow (Sunday) at the same location from 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
