All Star Wrestling returns to Maple Ridge with a Grudge Match between Azeem the Dream and Gorgeous Michelle Starr and a showdown between Disco Fury and ELP on Friday, Feb. 8.

For the last 15 years Azeem the Dream has gone from a fan to a wrestler and there is one man who he has always wanted respect from – Gorgeous Michelle Starr.

“For some reason Starr has refused to give Azeem any respect or credit for what he as accomplished in his career. Apparently Starr has always felt Azeem was just a disrespectful punk so why should he treat him any other way but disrespectful back,” said Nathan Burke, a.k.a. Disco Fury.

“It has taken 15 years but there’s going to be a showdown in Maple Ridge,” he added.

Also, both Disco Fury and ELP a.k.a. El Phatasmo are residents of Maple Ridge. Both went to Westview Secondary and both say that they are the number one wrestler from the Ridge.

Other matches will be The Breakers (Champions) vs. TKO Cody Smith and Mr. India, Ritchie Destiny vs. Artemis Spencer, Nasty Nate Daniels (Leader of the REGIME) vs. Matt XStatic, and Alex Prestige vs. Mantasia.

The event takes place at 7:30 p.m., doors open at 7, at Ridge Meadows Seniors Centre, 12150 224 St. Tickets are $15 for front row and $12 general admission.
