The Maple Ridge Ramblers have advanced to the championship round of the B.C. Senior Girls AAA basketball championships.

A 74-51 win against the Prince George Polars Wednesday night at the Langley Events Centre has put the Ramblers into the tournament quarter-finals tonight (March 7) against the Handsworth Royals.

Opening tip off is 8:45 p.m. in Langley.

At the end of the first quarter of Wednesday's game, the Ramblers were already leading 20-9, and by halftime, they were up 36-27 against the Polars.
