Meadow Ridge Knights were defeated by the Langley Stampeders 32-17 on Saturday.

“This was by far, the best season the Knights have had since playing in the Midget Vancouver Mainland Football League for the past three years,” said Mark Ogloff, president of the organization. “The competitive drive and team spirit amongst these young men was the driving force behind how well they performed this season.”

“Every game they played was hard fought whether the opposition lay down or fought back, our boys played their hearts out each play. Congratulations to the Meadow Ridge Knights Midget football team for all their hard work this season and community commitment,” Ogloff added.

Registration for the 2013 season will begin in February 2013. Dates to be announced in The TIMES.
