TWO FLEX FOR WIN

Bodybuilder brothers Graham and Richy Chan were victorious at the BC Provincial Championships BodyBuilding as both won their weight division recently.

Richy defeated eight contenders in his first year competing in the heavyweight division. Graham beat two other lightweights.

"We're in our eighth year of bodybuilding and getting better each year... that's what keeps us competing," said Graham, who co-owns Cutting Edge Nutrition in Maple Ridge with his brother.

JOIN SPEEDSKATING

Ridge Meadows Speed Skating Club is holding a Learn to Speedskate summer camp from Aug. 6 to 10 at Planet Ice in Maple Ridge.

"We have had tremendous interest in our sport following the 2010 Olympics," said club spokesperson Trish MacKay.
