Two rats, a few cats, and more than 40 dogs were brought into the SPCA’s pet photos with Santa sessions at Trice nursery recently. Included in the attendees were the McGregor bull dogs, and Dexter, a six-month-old golden retriever who wore a pair of antlers for his pictures. The event helped raise more than $700 for the local animal shelter. “It was a good event, lots of fun thanks to all our volunteers who made it happen and all those who supported us,” said shelter manager Mark Vosper.
