LETTER: Residents thank The TIMES for years of service in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows
It is with deep regret that we hear The TIMES will no longer be our local community paper.
Through the years, The TIMES has been a tremendous and positive support to the community. We will truly miss the paper and all the staff who we have met.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the many pictures and stories about us that you have published throughout the years. We thank you for your support and friendship.
Donna & Jim Milburn, Pitt Meadows
Best wishes to all of you going forward. Always appreciated your deep commitment to the community and the caring agencies within it.
Bob Goos, Whonnock
We are so sorry to hear of the closure of The TIMES which has been so good to us over the years.
We will certainly miss The TIMES and the wonderful core staffers who have worked with us so effectively.
But we also fully recognize that the changing landscape for news delivery makes such changes inevitable.
Barbara Duncan, The ACT Gallery curator
Job well done
Congratulations on a fantastic job, well done, at The TIMES. You have been a huge proponent for so many great causes locally.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support and promotion that The TIMES has helped us.
Mark Vosper, Hospice executive director
Thanks to Roxanne and the TIMES team for being such a pillar in our community for news, and for being such staunch supporters of all that was happening in this community.
We wish you and the staff of The TIMES the best in their new endeavours.
You all will be sorely missed. This is a loss for our community.
Thank you all for your community minded voices!
Faye Isaac, Maple Ridge
