Times Travellers - December 27, 2012

A group of 25 Grade 11 and 12 science students from Samuel Robertson Technical Secondary recently returned home from a field trip to the Big Island of Hawaii. While there, they studied astronomy, geology, and biology during visits to the Canada-France-Hawaii telescope, Kilauea volcano, and Atlantis submarine. They had their picture taken holding a copy of The TIMES in front of the Hilton Waikoloa Resort.

Bill and Yvonne Jamieson (inset left) of Pitt Meadows and Jim and Della Bulpit of Maple Ridge travelled to Mexico recently. They too had a photo taken holding a copy of their hometown newspaper at Nuevo Vallarta. Stay tuned online for a collection of all 2012 TIMES Travellers.
