The local RCMP street enforcement unit have been busy executing three search warrants in four days.
Friday’s search warrant was issued under the authority of the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act on a home in east Maple Ridge.
Thursday’s search warrant took police to a residence in downtown Maple Ridge where two women were arrested and released.
Police believe the drugs they seized from the two women to be methamphetamine, crack cocaine, ecstasy, and Tylenol 3, according to the Ridge Meadows RCMP spokesperson.
“The residence has been subject to previous search warrants,” he said.
Charges are being recommended of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
Another search warrant was executed on Tuesday at an apartment in Maple Ridge.
