A sentencing hearing for Maple Ridge’s Dennis Warrington will take place on Feb. 6 at Port Coquitlam Provincial Court.

On Dec. 20 Warrington changed his plea to guilty of a lesser charge.

Warrington, who now lives in Langley, had been charged with possession and distribution of child pornography for his role in a Pitt Meadows party on Harris Road on Sept. 10, 2010.

Warrington was accused of posting to his Facebook page photos others took of sexual acts that took place between a 16-year-old girl and a young man at the outdoor rave in 2010.

It is alleged that the acts, which did not include intercourse, were not consensual. He did not know the girl.
