A pedestrian is lucky she was not hurt badly after being stuck by a car at the 20200 block of Dewdney Trunk Road on Thursday afternoon.

According to Ridge Meadows RCMP it was “pedestrian error and she was taken to the hospital only as a precaution.”

Weather also played a role as it was raining, the RCMP spokesperson said.

It was just after 5 p.m. and traffic was minimally affected.
