Ghost Ridge brings thrills, chills, ghosts, and goblins from 6 to 9 p.m. from Oct. 26 to 30 with a family-friendly tour from 5 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for the folks that want to just see the sets with the lights turned on. The cost for the family-friendly tour is $4 per person and the regular Ghost Ridge tour is $8. Fireworks will be at 7 p.m. on Oct. 30.

Family Education Centre is offering a new course, "Exploring Separation," designed for couples considering or in the process of separation from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The four-hour course is developed and presented by a certified facilitator and mediator in third-party intervention and cover a variety of issues from communication and conflict resolution to children and finances. The course is not intended for couples to discuss or resolve the issues that brought them to considering separation. A screening process for couples registering will take place prior to the course.
