Maple Ridge Councillor Cheryl Ashlie, a director with the Ridge Meadows Educational Foundation, loaded a freshly cut Douglas fir Christmas tree into a truck in front of Canadian Tire on Saturday. The trees – 75 in all – were donated by Maple Ridge resident Cindy Boileau. The profits from the sales will be split between the foundation and Friends In Need Food Bank
