Dear Editor,
Canada and the United States cannot continue to babysit savage lands abroad or be a free piggy bank for whining nations addicted to our foreign aid.
Our inept federal leaders are giving our tax money to crooked lands that have no intention of paying us back, and our bleeding heart society will dig us into a hole like the USA with an incredible debt.
We are silly to forgive billions in loans. Has everyone lost their mind? See what happens when you can`t make car payments or pay gouging city hall property taxes. Who bails you out or forgives your debt with such generosity? Not the banks or government.
Yet, we spend billions on immoral wars and terrorism that will never stop. China is a rising giant because they do not fight others' battles or shell out money for yapping lands that are controlled by crooks.
We should be installing desalination plants in Somalia for them to grow food, instead of annually shoving money at them while the army and leaders buy weapons. What a waste of money, just as the idiots who planned the billion-dollar G8 summit to impress arrogant leaders, while cops conducted themselves unlawfully and abused their powers during the protests.
How foolish Canada has become in the world arena!
How many billions spent on savage lands could be used for our debt or needy Canadians suffering work losses, doctor shortages, charities, dental care, etc.
We reward bad behavior in the sleazy auto industry and the crooked financial markets by giving them bailout money. Little kids know better economics than the overpaid twits in Ottawa.
Our justice system, including corrections and immigration, is mismanaged with absurd costs. We harbour criminals instead of booting them out. Sadly, we allow parasites to suck us for millions.
Can a single income pay for all their neighbours' food, bills, insurance, etc., and still provide for their family? This is what Canada is doing, and we are not far behind the USA economy because of our arrogance. We need to take care of our own people first, and our inept politicians spend tax money like thoughtless buffoons with a winning lottery ticket.
And we give this shady government a majority leadership.
People abroad have the misconception Canadians all have big homes, cars, and boats. It is time to hunt down those who abscond paying their student loans, who leave us debts and seek jobs in other lands. We need to limit consumer debts so people can manage their spending.
Part of the problem lies in governments and financial industries allowing people to amass huge debts they cannot afford, only to go the easy way and go into bankruptcy.
Bleeding hearts have put us all in harm's way.
