It’s only the beginning of February, but it could be mistaken for spring as temperatures rose to 8 C in Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge on Saturday.

Many people, and dogs, took advantage of the warm weather and enjoyed a stroll along the dike at the end of Sharpe Road, while the sun glistened off the snow-capped mountains in the distance.

The warm, sunny weather is predicted to last until Wednesday.
