Biography
Alan Woodland writes twice a month in the Here and There column. He is a retired Maple Ridge resident who used to be the head librarian for the New Westminster public library. He is an author and a poet who performed with the group Winter Harp for many years. He is also a husband, father and grandfather who enjoys long walks with his wife Pat and playing table tennis.
