TIMES contributor Ronda Payne (below) had her “mug” taken looking miserable, in an isolation cell at Alcatraz. At least she brought along a copy of The TIMES for some pleasure reading.
Pitt Meadows residents Norm and Pat Dawson recently returned from a trip to England. During their excursion, they visited Admiral Nelson’s flagship, the HMS Victory, docked in Portsmouth. They had their picture taken, holding a copy of their hometown newspaper, The TIMES, in front of the historic warship that was built in the mid-18th century and now serves as a living museum to the Georgian navy.
Six-year-old Marco, Lucio (Dad), and four-year-old Mateo Nicolato of Pitt Meadows’ Bonson Landing recently visited Puerto Vallarta, Mexcio. They had a picture taken in front of their colourful hotel, the Royal Decameron, located outside Puerto Vallarta.
