The case against Dennis Warrington, who is facing two charges of producing and distributing child pornography from a rave in Pitt Meadows in September 2010, is in limbo as the defence has asked for a mistrial. A decision on the application for a mistrial will be made on Oct. 24.

Warrington, who now lives in Langley, was charged after three photos showing a man and a 16-year-old girl engaged in sexual activity were posted to his Facebook account the day after an outdoor rave in Pitt Meadows on Sept. 10, 2010.
